Children

We do not operate our website for the benefit of, nor do we knowingly collect or store any personal information from an individual under the age of 13.  If we become aware that we have collected personal information.  If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have inadvertently collected personal information from your child, please notify us immediately by sending an email to legal@eutelsatamerica.com.

Cookies and other tracking technology

  • Portability – to request that we provide you a copy of your information.
  • Correction – to ask us to make changes to your information.
  • Deletion – to ask us to delete your information.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions.  We will let you know if or when a right does not apply to you.  But we will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We do not sell your personal information.
